Welcome to the City of Everett Parking Permit Portal
Parking permits for 2026 are now available. You must apply for a new permit annually.
- In the portal, select "Add a permit"
- Change the “Start Date” to 1/1/2026
- If you are subject to permits fees (more than 2 residential permits or commercial permits), you will be required to enter credit card information. Payments are processed upon approval of permits.
Please login or create an account to apply for or renew one or more of the following parking permits:
- Residential Permit
- Temporary Visitor Permit
- Delivery Vehicle Permit
- Commercial Vehicle Service Permit
Note: You will need to create two separate accounts if you need both residential permits and delivery/commercial permits.
**Proof of Residency (or Current Business License for service permits) and current vehicle registrations are required for every requested permit, including a renewal for an existing vehicle.

Please note that if you are charged for a permit an additional $1.00 per-permit convenience fee may apply.
